Clarity. Strategy. Systems that Scale.
Citizens Bridge is a visibility and messaging partner for AEC firms and consultants who are ready to grow with purpose, starting with clear insights and strategic foundations.

What We Do
At Citizens Bridge, we specialize in turning complex marketing data into clear, actionable strategy, built specifically for businesses in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
Based on Colorado’s Western Slope, we bring both deep local insight and industry fluency to every project. Whether you’re a growing architecture firm, a specialty consultant, or a multi-disciplinary team navigating change, we help you clarify your message, optimize your visibility, and build systems that support your next phase of growth.
Our History
From full-service to finely focused.
Citizens Bridge was founded in 2018 by Melissa Dunfee, a seasoned marketing director with over a decade of industry experience. What began as Big Woz Marketing, a full-service creative firm, evolved into a clarity-driven consultancy after recognizing a critical gap in the AEC industry: smart firms were investing in marketing, but lacked the strategic insights to make it work.
We pivoted to focus on audits, messaging systems, and visibility strategy specifically for AEC professionals—bringing structured thinking, honest insights, and measurable outcomes to a sector that’s often underserved by generic marketing firms.
Our Philosophy
Knowledge is your sharpest strategic tool.
We believe growth doesn’t come from more marketing, it comes from better clarity. Our work is built on empowerment through insight: helping you understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward with confidence.
Every recommendation we make is rooted in strategy, transparency, and deep industry understanding. We don’t deal in trends, we build clarity that lasts. That’s how we help our clients grow on purpose, not pressure.
